"Can't Let You Go" is an upbeat-energetic song, yet with a bittersweet message. Based on the often-so tragedy of relationships being unilateral from the very beginning, no matter how well it might have felt, the story rather strongly resembles the likes of a 'karmic relationship'.

This track shares the situation of being abandoned by the one with whom they had built their life around, wished to be till the end; but now left without any closure or apparent cause. Never have they ever thought of living apart in the first place, but now they have got to move on, leading to a melancholic conclusion.
