Things to know
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate
(Grade XII onwards)
Sound knowledge on the Nepalese culture and demographics
SKILLS
Microsoft Office (required)
Adobe Photoshop (required)
Illustrator, Premiere Pro and
After Effects (optional)
Clear communication
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year working with the said software and good understanding & execution of designing and communication, with good teamwork skills
RETURNS
Valid experience points with certification (as an intern if worked for less than a year, as a full-time worker if more than a year) and a chance to earn when the platform grows

What will you and your
responsibilities be -

Make catchy and stunning graphics (graphic posters and banners, motion-animation videos) based on original content by Renaissance Artists and/or the scouted external content. Provide these to the content manager(s) for them to share though our page(s).

Make ready stock content to be used in the Renaissance pages.

Come up with relevant cover pictures and page icons for Renaissance, from time-to-time, depending on the occasion.
What will you and your
responsibilities be -

Gathering new content and engagement ideas (both original and from external sources like other artists, other pages who share attributed content from other sources, etc).

Make catchy and stunning graphics (posters, short motion-animation videos) based on original content by Renaissance Artists and/or the scouted external content. Provide these to the socialmedia manager(s) for them to share though our page(s).

There must be atleast 2 content ideas for our socialmedia manager to share per day.
What will you and your
responsibilities be -

Make catchy and stunning graphics (posters, short motion-animation videos) based on original content by Renaissance Artists and the external content scouted and brought-in by the content manager.

Share the content through our pages on Facebook and Instagram (with a catchy caption and relevant hashtags).

Manage and curate the pages - reply to DMs, comments, and all other kinds of social engagements.
What will you and your
responsibilities be -

Approach new talents (individuals, teams, groups, etc) to encourage them submitting their work to Renaissance Digital and working with us.

Approach new entities of similar interests (companies, teams, groups, etc) to encourage them partnering and/or sponsoring with Renaissance Digital and working with us.

Expanding the network of Renaissance Digital by forming a strong connection of peers who will form and strengthen the backbone of our media presence and community.

Plan events which would encourage creativity and/or an ongoing occasion/festival which will attract new talents, audience and partnerships + sponsorships.
